* BEFORE ORDERING PLEASE REFER TO MY SIZING PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION ON MY SIZES, AND DOUBLE CHECK THAT THE SIZE OF THE TOP THAT YOU ARE PURCHASING MATCHES YOUR MEASUREMENTS/BRA SIZE *

Every item that I sell is handmade by myself. It can take anywhere from 4-25 hours to complete each piece of clothing or bag depending on the size, and amount of detail in each specific design.
Crochet is slow fashion, and as a one woman business my time is very precious. 


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Both custom items, and ready to ship items are non-refundable. I do not accept money refunds.
If there is an issue with your order we can work towards finding a solution together. Depending on the situation, I may be able to offer an exchange or store credit. If I am able to exchange a ready to ship item for another ready to ship item, the customer must cover the cost of shipping to return the original item back to me. The original item must be reutrned to me before the exchange is shipped.

If you happen to measure inaccurately, not check the size of the item you ordered, or not refer to my sizing information before placing an order, I will not offer an exchange. 

Not all items can be altered since crohcet is much different than fabric. In a lot of cases - an item would need to be re-made in order to make changes. 
Unless it was a mistake of mine, if you want to have something altered on a CUSTOM crochet piece due to a personal preference or change in measurements - there will be a fee that must be paid before an item can be altered or re-made. The fee will depend on the original price of the item/amount of time it takes to alter or re-create the piece for you.

*Please make sure your measurements are accurate, and refer to my sizing page before placing a custom order to prevent any sizing issues. If you have any specific requests such as wanting more or less coverage than what I typically do for each size, please let me know when your order is placed.*

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS
If you have a history of packages being lost or stolen at your current address, I recommend having your package sent to a trusted family member or friend's address. Or even a P.O box if you happen to have one. 

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Unfortunately, the United States Postal Service can lose packages or mis-deliver packages. Double check that you have entered the correct address at check out before submitting your order.

Feel free to reach out to me if you have a lost or stolen package, and I will do my best to find a solution. If it is a smaller item I may be able to re-make it, but in most cases the soluition would be store credit.

Crochet is slow fashion, and as a one woman business who runs everything by myself, I am usually always scheduled ahead a couple of months at a time with restocks/custom orders and pattern releases. I unfortuantely do not have the time to remake/replace more time consuming pieces that have been lost or stolen orders for free.
